This role will work closely with the Compensation team to gather data and process requests, in compliance with Parkland¿s policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONSEducation:- High School Diploma or GED required.Experience:- Previous experience in Human Resources or Compensation is required.- Previous experience with PeopleSoft or another Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is preferred. - Experience with data entry, reporting, and data extraction is required. Equivalent Education and/or Experience:- May have an equivalent combination of education and experience to substitute for both the education and the experience requirements. Certification/Registration/Licensure:- None.Skills or Special Abilities:- Highly detail-oriented; keeps accurate records, organizes information effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both orally and written, communicates issues and resolutions, and provides the appropriate level of support. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively and professionally, with all levels of the organization, in a team-oriented environment. - Organized, multi-tasking, ability to meet strict deadlines, and able to work well under pressure. - Must demonstrate proficiency in handling matters of a confidential nature.- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
