Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in the Hanover, MD area to provide internal support to Cyber based programs.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for job openings and identify/select applicants who meet the position requirements to send to hiring managers for consideration
  • Work closely with the hiring team to select the most qualified candidate for open positions
  • Makes employment recommendations based on information developed through prescreens, interviews, reference checks, applications, and resumes
  • Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate offers on behalf of ManTech
  • Partners with Hiring Managers to act as a business partner within the assigned division or program
  • Ensures all phases of the recruiting process are conducted in accordance with ManTech's Ethics, Legal and Human Resources policies
  • Ensures that ManTech's internal applicant tracking system is maintained and completed; applicants are disposition according to OFCCP guidelines; internal candidates are disposition and contacted appropriately; and, interview reports are completed accurately
  • Runs queries of automated system and provides information to management as requested
  • Coordinates and participates in job fairs throughout VA/MD/DC

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ Degree and 5 to 7 years' of experience
  • 2-3 years of experience within the cleared government contracting environment
  • 2-3 years of experience performing advanced Boolean searches for highly cleared staff
  • 2-3 years of experience partnering with business leaders to define recruiting requirements and assist with staffing plans
  • 2-3 or more years of experience mapping government labor categories to internal organizations categories
  • Knowledge and ability to follow OFCCP guidelines


· Experience recruiting Cyber professionals

· Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
