Position Description
ServiceNow Administrator:

The ServiceNow Systems Administrator is responsible for the overall management and maintenance of ServiceNow applications supporting the ITIL process - Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog and other service modules. You will be responsible for providing innovative solutions to challenging problems using the ServiceNow platform. Our company is growing rapidly and this role is critical to helping the business maximize the ServiceNow platform to help run the business efficiently and effectively. Your future duties and responsibilities
Required qualifications to be successful in this role

? ServiceNow Administrator certification

? ITILv3 Foundations certification

? Strong customer relationship skills

? Experience in JavaScript, XML, and HTML (In Service now and external to it) is a plus

? Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions

? Understanding of Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management as it relates to ITIL

? Development and delivery of ServiceNow training

General Administration and Support

? User Administration

? Group Administration

? Role Administration

? Access Control List (ACL) setup

? LDAP/SSO Integration

? CMDB. Configuration Item Updates ? Manual
