The Call Center Management Trainee, Home Improvement partners with the leadership team to complete a twelve month training program with a focus on becoming a Team Manager or a Team Training Manager after successful completion of the program. This position is expected to learn all aspects of the Home Improvement Call Center business along with other departments during a twelve month program.

??Requirements include the successful completion of all assessments, manager evaluations and knowledge based tests in order to progress to the next assignment. Must display the leadership competencies required for the Team Manager or Team Training Manager role upon successful completion of the program. Tracks will encompass various areas of the Home Improvement business including Sales, Production, Call Center Operations, Business Analytics or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning). Upon completion the individual must demonstrate proficiency of all job assignments and be able to assume the Team Manager or Team Training Manager role at the end of the twelve month term.
