Directs the Company's Small Capital and Maintenance, Improvement Projects and Production Support activities, as the senior on-site Company representative, maintaining client and home office liaison and ensures compliance with contractual obligations. Has a working knowledge of the respective industry. Supervises and manages through subordinate leaders and personnel who have experience as industrial construction and maintenance craft persons or production support technicians.
Major Contributing Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Responsible for the development of all KBR personnel, ensuring compliance to all OSHA / state regulations, applicable regulatory codes, controlling cost and maintaining profitability.
Annually evaluates current business drivers and establish initiatives and monitoring mechanisms to measure results of Corporate and Customer expectations thru the development of and implementation of a Site Business Plan
Associates Degree in Business Management, Management Development, Engineering or similar fields.
Project Management, OSHA standards, Project Controls, Teams, Computer Software, Process Safety

Minimum of 5 years in supervisory/management levels and 10 years' of the chemical industry experience, knowledge of industrial construction best practices, maintenance and turnaround work.
