As the Manager of Inside Sales for Sears Commercial, you are responsible for creating, driving and optimizing inside sales processes while expanding a high-performance team of B2B sales associates who will execute it. Your team will own the entire customer life cycle including prospecting, sales, onboarding, success and account management. You will manage and build a team of cold callers, sales reps and account managers. You will be responsible for increasing net-new business revenue and supporting ongoing customer success. You will work hand-in-hand with both the Outside Sales Team and National Accounts to develop, document and implement business rules around qualification criteria, handoff protocol, sales process, and account management. You will work hand-in-hand with marketing to develop lead generation activities, operations to continually improve the customer experience, sales training team to help scale processes, and business optimization team to leverage the latest in technology.
