Lead development and application of disciplined analytics and insights to optimize trade spend and price across customers and channels in order to maximize sales and margins
Manage and influence key stakeholders around implications of pricing strategies, often balancing competing interests.
Lead the development of key performance indicators for pricing and trade, creation of consistent and actionable scorecard reporting.
Oversee the efficient operation of systems, tools and processes while identifying any enhancement opportunities.
Play a key role in set cadence for review of pricing and trade initiatives with brand and customer teams.
Lead team of analysts who serve as central resource for Pricing Strategy. Coach and develop Sr. Analysts/Analysts and facilitate their movement throughout the organization.
7+ years of business experience, 3-5 years of CPG experience in roles within Revenue Management, Customer or Sales strategy, Sales or Trade finance preferred
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
Experience working with Nielsen/IRI POS data
Demonstrated professional and academic success
Undergraduate degree, preferably with emphasis in business, economics, finance and/or accounting, MBA/CPA also a plus
