About the Position:
Gas Business Enablement, Lead Specialist, Change Management manages and supports the execution of change management processes across the US Gas Business. Responsible for timely and effective delivery of change projects. Conducts change efforts across the US Gas Business by developing and leading communication and change activities.
Reports to the Director, Change Management, Gas Business Enablement, and is responsible for the integration and delivery of change within the US Gas Business.
Key Accountabilities:
Supports and enables the adoption of change processes across the US Gas Business through establishing change communications and plans.
Establishes change activities through the review of project scope, identification of group impact and comparison of current change sustainability within the organization.
Responsible for supporting cultural change and adoption by developing change metrics and evaluating the level of change adoption in finance.
Partners with stakeholder(s) undergoing organizational change to develop stakeholder strategy, milestones and outcomes.
Collaborates with the Director of Change Management to delivers change communications and training to provide leadership with the ability to champion change.
Models potential financial performance and employee impact of change initiatives and shares findings with Director, Change Management and VP, Business Design and Readiness.
Identifies and escalates project risks, financial risks and employee resistance; partners with Director, CMO to develop change activities to mitigate risks and gain alignment with US Gas business leaders and key stakeholders.
Works with the Communications lead to create effective change management communications and documents processes to ensure adherence to internal control guidelines.
Leverages knowledge of labor/employee relations to provide guidance and feedback when developing project plans.
Establishes change adoption metrics to measure effectiveness of change within project.
Reviews and makes change methodology recommendations using a proven change management methodology, and applying feedback from lessons learned.

Capability Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to drive change across a complex organization (preferably a utility or Operations organization)
Proven experience managing risks and issues across projects and programs
Engages stakeholders and has effective collaboration and partnership capabilities
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent written / oral communication skills, follow-up, and negotiation skills
Demonstrates Leadership capability across different functional areas
Change management planning using a proven change management methodology
Communication and change document creation for all levels of the organization
Proven history with the change management lifecycle and integration into project management tollgates
Experience of project management including budget management and project timelines with competing priorities
Ability to think strategically and execute on change management strategies.
Knowledge of business processes (labor relations experience a plus) to provide guidance and feedback when developing change management project plans.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred
Minimum of 5 -7 years in change management
Change Management Certification preferred.
Change / Project Management roles with some technology/transformation experience preferred.
