The Investor Services Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the direct sales coaching and management of Sr. Financial Advisors and Financial Advisors to ensure sales goals are achieved and compliance requirements are met.
Coaches / trains Sr. Financial Advisors (and Financial Advisors) to leverage books of business, capitalize referral opportunities and increase sales while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and bank policies.
Develops strategic business plans and procedures to achieve sales goals and objectives and to enhance operating efficiencies of Investor Services.
Attracts, engages, and retains top talent to deliver exceptional service to clients and ensure collaboration with FCIS and Bank partners.
Bachelor degree with a minimum of 6 years securities sales experience, including a minimum of 4 years sales management experience.
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 8 years securities sales experience, including a minimum of 4 years sales management experience.
Series 7, 24, 63 and 65/66 licenses.
State specific Life and Health insurance license.
Other Preferred Qualifications:
Sales management experience.
Drives to succeed / self-starter.
Ability to develop and engage / coaching and leadership skills.
Strong work ethic.
