Role: Dot Net Developer Location: Indianapolis, IN Duration: Full Time USC/ GC Only Responsibilities: Responsible for application development of new system. . Build applications using .NET technologies, current client web technologies and databases. Understand the business requirement and properly translate into technical requirements and communicate the technical requirements to the rest of the team members. Deliver frequent Project deployments in agile development. Manage software workload, estimates, and deliverables according to agreed-upon expectations. Develop sound business solutions involving combinations of platforms, and database technologies. Maintain high software quality during enhancements, bug fixes, features, and project releases. Troubleshoot and investigate application systems & business processes issues. Provide programming support through all software development life cycle phases and general release of the software/program Project. Estimate work in feature chunks and deliver code in complete features per the expectation set. Technical Qualifications Needed: BS or above in Computer Science or related engineering field 8 + years in CNET development role with proven experience in developing scalable, reliable and robust transactional web-based products. Must be highly proficient in a majority of the following domains: .NET,, MVC, WFC, MS SQL, C#, TFS, AJAX, XML/XSL, JavaScript, VB Script, Web Services, SSL, HTTP, Web Application Security, Performance Tuning, Platform Configuration/Tuning, Load Balancing, Clustering, Web Farms Must be well versed with writing PL/SQL Code and queries Extensive experience with formal software development methodologies and processes. Expert knowledge in object oriented design concepts, service architectures, and application development using relational databases. Must have exposure to complete product life cycle, with formal training or experience in software revision control and test methodologies. Extensive technology and/or industry knowledge is preferred, especially in the area of researching new and emerging technologies to realize development or product cost efficiencies. Ability to provide leadership and communicate effectively verbally and through written documentation, meetings and presentations to local and distributed teams. Results oriented and readily demonstrate comprehensive use of formal software development methodologies to achieve the desired business outcome. Experience in Pharmaceutical Domain will be preferred Experience in Business Objective (BO) will be preferred
