Determines logistic support sequences and time phasing. Anticipates logistics problems related to operational area and environmental and human factors; determines contingency requirements and solutions. May design and conduct research or technical studies to support logistic functions.
Ability to become familiar with Agency and logistics regulations, procedures, policies, and unique authorities.
Considerable knowledge of various logistics databases and applications.
Working knowledge of the organizational budget process.
