Position Description
CGI Federal is looking for Database Administrators to support the Combined Arms Center (CAC) in support of preparing the Army and its leaders for war. Leadership development, lessons learned, training and support are the key focus of CAC operations at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Your future duties and responsibilities
Database Administrator - Intermediate. Under general supervision, provides all activities related to the administration of computerized databases. Projects long-range requirements for database administration and design in conjunction with other managers in the information systems function.

Database Administrator - Associate. Under direct supervision, participates in the design, creation, and maintenance of computerized databases. Responsible for the quality control and auditing of databases to ensure accurate and appropriate use of data. Organizes and formats data for efficient query and storage processes. Codes stored procedures or database hooks to access and submit data to a database from applications, web pages, or client tools. Administers and manages data using server management tools and performs modifications as necessary and plans for database scalability. Works with management to develop database strategies to support organization requirements. Works directly with users to resolve data conflicts and inappropriate data usage.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
All levels should have a hold an active SECRET level security clearance.
Requires IAM/IAT certification.
