Mid Level Project Assistant
The Mid Level Project Assistant will supports analyses for program staff disciplines, such as: business operations, human resources, publications and graphics, quality assurance, technical editing, and program administration. Responsibilities include: personnel functions, labor and cost reporting, document editing, process quality control, and pricing.
2-5 years of experience with general administrative and clerical abilities such as typing, scheduling, filing, timekeeping, presentation preparation, database entry, forms processing, and tracking and management of documentation
Professional report and document creation (editing, graphics, writing), quality assurance (technical or administrative), and business operations administration.
Human resource functions including staffing functions, labor recruitment, developing labor compliance, timekeeping, Resource Accounting System (RAS) reporting, Human Resources reports and analysis and on-boarding and suitability processes (Orientations, security access, termination processes, badge administration, clearances and processing required forms).
Financial management functions including monitoring, invoice preparation, financial analyses, reviewing cost and schedule estimates, review of task order and modifications pricing and financial advice as it relates to overall contract and task order management.
Contract management functions including subcontracts management, procurement activities, contractor onboarding, contract compliance, preparation of contract documents, review of task order proposals for contract compliance and issues, etc. Also includes advising program leadership and working to resolve contract issues working closely with COTRs and CO.
Property management functions including inventory and facility controls.
Experience with document creation, workflow, editing, graphics, and retentions and distribution processes.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Expert with MS Office
Federal contract management compliance; Workflow mastery; Status and analytical report writing
