Cutover Manager

Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking a cutover manager to be a part of a large team tasked with developing and implementing a major procurement system. Your future duties and responsibilities
Responsible for managing and coordinating all cutover activities, including cutover status reporting, issue resolution, defect management and reporting, and communication. Develops the Cutover Approach and Cutover Plan steps for managed functional area and link interdependencies. Assists the Government Implementation Lead in all deployment-related tasks including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, and resources. Required qualifications to be successful in this role
(i) Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Science or Information Technology. Educational requirement may be substituted by at least three (3) full lifecycle implementations. An educational equivalency is in addition to years of experience.
(ii) Specialized experience with five (5) years of technical experience in Information Technology Implementations, with a demonstrated ability and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of a major Information Technology implementation; including direct participation in cutover activities for three (3) enterprise systems; including direct participation in cutover activities for three (3) enterprise systems
