ManTech International Corporation is looking to hire experienced personnel to support our U.S. Government Agency customer in multiple locations CONUS or OCONUS. This position will require the chosen candidate to currently possess an active DOD ? Top Secret Security Clearance.
LOCATION : Varied CONUS and OCONUS locations.
The qualified candidate will look to work closely within a team environment. They must be able to demonstrate the ability to articulate well, be extremely tactful and reserved when in communication with all levels of leadership and will be assigned multiple complex projects that will directly impact their program by managing projects from start to finish.

The Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) Electronics Technician II performs all aspects of ECM programs and provides expert guidance on ECM issues. The ECM Electronics Technician II supports U.S. Department of State ECM requirements in multiple overseas theaters in potentially high-threat environments. During overseas deployments, the ECM Electronics Technician II may be required to rotate between theaters and to multiple locations within each theater. The ECM Electronics Technician II will demonstrate broad knowledge of ECM through successful completion of moderately complex assignments. The ECM Electronics Technician II will apply complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. The ECM Electronics Technician II will demonstrate proficiency in ECM concepts, practices, and procedures and provide guidance on ECM issues.
Must have a current US Government TOP SECRET Personnel Security Clearance. Must be eligible for and able to obtain and maintain required Security Clearance/access approvals.
Must possess at least three years of technical experience in the technical support for modern ECM systems; knowledge of radio frequency (RF) theory and principle, and the effects of CREW systems operating in an electronic countermeasures environment; experience planning vehicle movements, with vehicles equipped with CREW systems; understanding insurgent Improvised Explosive (IED) emplacement tactics. Must be able to develop Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTP?s) for deploying vehicles equipped with CREW systems based on the national, local, and immerging Remote Controlled Improvised Explosive Device (RCIED) threat. Must demonstrate proficiency with ECM systems used by the U.S. Department of State, including CREW-2 systems.
Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision. Must demonstrate the ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner. Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a cohesive team. Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects, and have strong attention to detail. Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems and office automation software (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint).
This position is deployed up to 90% of the calendar year in high-threat areas, in multiple locations (not one specific area). Domestic travel may be required for training and program coordination. May be required to spend several months in the Washington D.C. metro area for training and ECM support duties prior to departure to assigned overseas work location. Must also be willing to serve in positions worldwide, which may include domestic assignments. Overseas locations may be located in high-risk environments.
