ManTech International Corporation is looking to hire experienced personnel to support our U.S. Government Agency customer in multiple locations CONUS or OCONUS. This position will require the chosen candidate to currently possess an active DOD ? Top Secret Security Clearance.
LOCATION : Varied CONUS and OCONUS locations.

The qualified candidate will look to work closely within a team environment. They must be able to demonstrate the ability to articulate well, be extremely tactful and reserved when in communication with all levels of leadership and will be assigned multiple complex projects that will directly impact their program by managing projects from start to finish.

MUST HAVE an active DOD ? Top Secret Security Clearance for customer consideration.
MUST obtain a pre-deployment DoS Medical Clearance upon hire.


Description/Duties:

This position serves as an Operations Coordinator (OPSCO) and focuses on operations coordination
within the PTL program to include preparation and deployment of teams and material to worldwide locations and events. Coordinate all aspects of PTL operations to meet mission requirements. Maintain visibility on the availability and readiness of PTL equipment and personnel scheduled for deployment to diplomatic sites and events. Ensure the personnel readiness of individuals and teams scheduled for deployment. Track the deployment of equipment to destination through the Department?s pouch and mail system, and other means of transportation. Perform operational performance reporting to support capacity planning, surge capabilities, and status reporting. Coordinate with and assist other managers in day-to-day planning, execution and management of operational activities. Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and schedule. Build and maintains a strong relationship with supported sites and events. Ensure compliance with DOS and DS/ST standards and procedures. Identify and resolve problems in operations in a timely manner. Follow and enforce standard operating procedures for efficient operations. Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.

Supervisory Responsibilities : Provide guidance and minimal supervision to the Global Support Team and others involved in the PTL mission.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Must possess and be able to maintain an active SECRET security clearance, and be suitable to be granted a TOP SECRET personnel security clearance if required. Bachelor?s degree plus three years of experience preferred; high school diploma plus seven years of experience can be substituted for a Bachelor?s degree. Experience with Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, and the Department?s Centralized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is desired. Must be self-motivated and be able to work effectively with minimal supervision. Must possess the ability to interpret and/or discuss information with others, which involves terminology or concepts not familiar to many people; regularly provide advice and recommend actions involving rather complex issues. Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build/maintain professional working relationships; must be proactive with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Travel Requirements:

May be required to travel OCONUS to facilities in critical threat locations around the world with austere living conditions. Domestic travel may be required for training and program coordination
