ManTech International Corporation is looking to hire experienced personnel to support our U.S. Government Agency customer in multiple locations CONUS or OCONUS. This position will require the chosen candidate to currently possess an active DOD ? Top Secret Security Clearance.
LOCATION : Varied CONUS and OCONUS locations.
The qualified candidate will look to work closely within a team environment. They must be able to demonstrate the ability to articulate well, be extremely tactful and reserved when in communication with all levels of leadership and will be assigned multiple complex projects that will directly impact their program by managing projects from start to finish.
MUST HAVE an active DOD ? Top Secret Security Clearance for customer consideration.
MUST obtain a pre-deployment DoS Medical Clearance upon hire.
Responsible for the certification and accreditation of all Information Systems, in accordance with the Department of State Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process, as well as the development and dissemination of Information Assurance and Security reports on the PTL program. Acts as lead for all Information Assurance issues and provide guidance in the development, implementation and administration of Information Assurance security procedures, in accordance with established Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) directives and regulations. Oversees preparation of Certification and Accreditation documentation preparation and submission. Evaluates highly complex systems according to industry best practices and Department of State regulations to safeguard internal information systems. Designs and implements audits of information systems to ensure they are operating security and data is protected as required by policy. Makes recommendations for corrective action as necessary.
Review proposed additions, modifications to designs and performs audits of Information Systems to ensure compliance with applicable policies. Implements and monitors Information Assurance Vulnerability Management Program compliance. Advises the Program Manager of all anomalies and corrective action required/taken. Performs investigations of systems security violations and breaches and recommends solutions; prepares reports on intrusions as necessary and provides analysis summary to management. Maintains currency and compliance with Department of State Information Assurance and Computer Network Defense directives and regulations. Ensures program compliance with all IRM/IA annual continuous monitoring activities pertaining to FISMA reporting metrics, i.e. Contingency Plan Testing, Security Control Assessments, etc.
Must possess an active Secret security clearance. Valid Passport will be required. BA/BS degree in
Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Master?s Degree in Network Security preferred. 8 years related experience working in an Information Technology or Information Assurance environment. CISSP/GSLC/CISM Preferred. Must have or obtain CISSP/GSLC/CISM or equivalent certification within 6 months of hire. In-depth knowledge of Information Systems Security practices, including software, hardware and network implementation.
