ManTech International Corporation is looking to hire experienced personnel to support our U.S. Government Agency customer in multiple locations CONUS or OCONUS. This position will require the chosen candidate to currently possess an active DOD ? Top Secret Security Clearance.

LOCATION : Varied CONUS and OCONUS locations.

The qualified candidate will look to work closely within a team environment. They must be able to demonstrate the ability to articulate well, be extremely tactful and reserved when in communication with all levels of leadership and will be assigned multiple complex projects that will directly impact their program by managing projects from start to finish.
MUST HAVE an active DOD ? Top Secret Security Clearance for customer consideration.
MUST obtain a pre-deployment DoS Medical Clearance upon hire.


Description/Duties:

This position serves a critical role within the Protective Technology, VPIM Section. Responsible for all quality assurance and quality control aspects related to all VPIM Projects and integration projects including: preparation of the Project Specific Quality Control Plan, inspections and test plans, check-sheets and related procedures; implementation of the Quality Management & Control program for the project; daily site/vehicle inspection and periodical offsite inspections; controlling all inspection activities on site; completion of necessary documentation to verify the work performed; ensuring that inspection requests are implemented; ensuring that all inspection reports are verified and meet the contract requirements; ensuring that all materials and systems delivered to site are installed into the vehicle in accordance with integration manuals, that they are inspected and conform to specified requirements from the vendor. Issue and administer Non Conformance Reports as necessary and ensure follow up. Report to the Project Lead any deficiencies in the operation of Quality Management & Control System. Complete final quality documentation that consistently meets or exceeds content and template standards, including any unique requestor requirements or audience accommodations. Ensure that content is clear, concise, technically accurate and easily understood.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Must have a current US Government TOP SECRET Personnel Security Clearance. Must be eligible for
and able to obtain and maintain required Security Clearance/access approvals.

Minimum of 5 years? experience conducting and/or overseeing advanced electronic testing focusing individual system performance as well as interoperability and systems de-confliction. Previous Electronic Countermeasures (ECM), MVS, APS tactical and non-tactical radio, and configuration management experience a plus. Experience with U.S. Department of State specific systems and Harris radios is desired.

Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision. Must demonstrate the ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner. Must demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a cohesive team. Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast paced environment on multiple projects, and have strong attention to detail. Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems and office automation software (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint).

Travel Requirements:

May be required to travel OCONUS to conduct installation, training or maintenance at diplomatic facilities. OCONUS travel may include critical threat locations around the world with austere living conditions. Domestic travel may be required for training and program coordination
