Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Functional Business Systems Analyst with PeopleSoft Supply Chain Experience to join our team in the Herndon, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in developing and defining systems scope and objectives, by learning customer (internal and external) requirements
  • Provide support and training to personnel from functional user areas, as well as providing assessment on future process improvements
  • Analyze business and user needs, document requirements and execute functional testing of any new system enhancements
  • Performing revision of existing system logic to identify any deficiencies
  • Procurement using ManTech?s Service Desk Manager tool

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and one or more years of experience in a related field
  • Analytical reasoning skills of processes and data
  • Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible, disciplined, a quick learner, team builder and motivator
  • Government contracting experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP environments and workflow design preferred
  • Understand complex information management systems or processes
  • PeopleSoft experience with 8.9 and/or 9.2
  • Functional knowledge of eProcurement, Purchasing and Services Procurement
  • Capable of training new staff on complex business processes and systems
  • Ability to resolve helpdesk tickets for business systems such as eProcurement, Purchasing and Services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
