Primary Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements

Answer inbound customer support calls
Provide excellent customer service on every interaction
Provide second level technical assistance for customers in a fast paced, customer centric environment
Troubleshoot and issue resolution assistance with mobile technology
Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and the ability to solve problems
Be patient, courteous and friendly with customers at all times
Ability to overcome objections and rebuttal customer pushback
Meet and exceed individual performance metrics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Builds excellent rapport & confidence with all customers while identifying their needs
Respond to customer inquiries by taking strategic action in a timely manner
Uses software to source and input customer data as related to the inquiry
Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager


Qualifications

Six months customer service experience preferred
Previous tech support experience preferred, but not required
Six month previous call center experience preferred, but not required
Ability to respond, relate and redirect customers
Logical problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to navigate multiple windows and applications using Microsoft OS
Ability to work under pressure while meeting client required performance standards
Continuously demonstrate a high sense of urgency
Must have a keen sense of customer needs and taking assertive action
Possess a high level of Professionalism
Ability to understand and empathize with customer's issues
Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check and Drug Testing
Must be 18 years old
Type 25 wpm
High School Graduate or GED
