The Manager, eCommerce Operations is responsible for ensuring
standards for quality assurance and productivity is met. This position
guides and leads all of the front-line operations responsible for
delivering a delightful and differentiated experience for Sellers making
Sears the essential component of seller?s online strategy. The
Manager, eCommerce Operations is a seller advocate ensuring that
cross functional teams are aware of and working to fix pain points that
prevent Sellers from selling and growing. This role interfaces with
several cross-functional teams at Merchants, Fulfillment by Sears,
CCN, Project Management, Analytics, and software teams. This
position drives continuous improvement programs in our sites and
provides the information and insights needed by internal and crossfunctional
teams to address opportunities for Sellers and drive world
class seller experience.
Responsibilities Include:
? Drives continuous improvement programs in our sites and provides
the information and insights needed by internal and cross-functional
teams to address opportunities for Sellers.
? Identifies research and pushes for resolution on technical issues
affecting internal and external customers.
? Supports timely and efficient service to Sears? Sellers; serves as first
point of escalation for calls & emails from sellers, Works closely with
Seller Support teams to share knowledge & best practice.
? Provides exceptional service to Sellers, to get at the root cause of
every source of Seller pain and implements programs to eliminate
these defects.
? Visions to see what is necessary to scale business.
? Drives seller success, profitable sales and Wow experiences to
Sears members through operation excellence.
? Serves as the seller advocate ensuring that cross functional teams
are aware of and working to fix pain points that prevent Sellers from
selling and growing.
? Liaises with other departments such as Customer Service, Account
Management, Merchants, Seller Acquisition, or Payments teams as
required to resolve Seller?s issues and questions.
? Monitors existing metrics, analyzes data and partners with internal
teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
? Identifies and ideates operational improvement initiatives and work
with cross functional teams to implementation.
? Performs supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making
employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and
terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and
developing associates.
