Responsible for development and implementation of marketing strategies, merchandising and media plans, consumer learning plans, product innovation and growth initiatives on assigned brands and regions. Work collaboratively with business development, supply chain, research and innovation and external agencies and partners to drive key initiatives and deliver business results.
Lead cross functional teams to develop and execute brand innovation projects including new platforms, line extensions and brand restages.
Work with creative and media agencies as well as regional marketing teams and partners to develop marketing campaigns and promotions that bring to life the equity of our brands
Partner with cross-functional partners, such as Consumer Insights and Research& Innovation, to develop and execute consumer learning plans
Leverage various internal and external sources of data to identify and evaluate key business opportunities for growth and recommend solutions
Develop business strategies based on analysis of business trends and results
Partner with Business Development teams to develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP?s) and to coordinate all commercial activities
Bachelor?s Degree required; MBA highly preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Brand Management or Sales.
Proven track record of effectively leading and managing cross functional teams
Experience managing creative, digital, and media agencies
Experience developing consumer learning plans and interpreting qualitative and quantitative consumer research
Strong strategic and analytic capabilities with the ability to easily utilize data to support business strategy and decisions
Ability to work in an environments that has a flexible process structure
Ability to communicate and influence at various levels of organization
P&L management experience
Experience in International markets a plus
Willingness to travel internationally as business needs require

Assist with monthly and quarterly business reviews and updates to Sr. Leadership
Manage A&P budget for assigned brands/regions
Manage our relationship with agency partners, internal Conagra brand teams, business development teams and distributors and customers on a day to day basis to ensure flawless execution of Global Markets priorities
Bilingual in either Spanish or Mandarin preferred
