POSITION OVERVIEW
The Field Repair Technician is responsible for sales of repair product, troubleshooting and repairing the devices that come into the retail repair center.

Core Duties and Responsibilities
? Sales of repair related services in the retail storefront
? Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced repair center environment
? Demonstrate strong follow up abilities with attention to detail
? Perform most repairs on cellular phones
? Responsible for inventory control, forecasting and ordering parts
? Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required service
? Interact with customers and explain the work that is needed or was performed
? Responsible for handling customer service issues
? Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
? Review service request, prioritize and make adjustments as necessary
? Use a variety of tools to make the necessary repairs
? Immediately report faulty testing equipment
? Resolve product or service problems by determining the root cause of the problem and providing the best solution
? Work independently in a retail storefront
? Responsible for maintaining standards of appearance as established by Go Wireless
? Maintain service level expectations by Quality Control and utilizing checklist(s)
