Business Analyst Opportunity in Denver
Requirements Management ? Experience eliciting requirements using interviews, documents, use cases, managing requirements in Rational preferred yet not required. Able to setup and manage/facilitate requirements reviews with dozens of stakeholder groups.
Responsible for gathering analyzing client business requirements in order to identify and solve problems. Acts as communication liaison between business and IT teams.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
Candidates should be extremely self driven and will naturally take charge and ownership of tasks/activities/deliverables. Highly collaborative. Should have strong experience in Business Process Analysis - Strong experience in process development, soliciting business teams to drive process development and document Able to garner respect quickly yet comfortable productively pushing back on out of scope requests. Excellent Communication and collaboration skills. Proven ability to drive business teams to make decisions and provide final, participative approvals. Strong experience in process development, soliciting business teams to drive process development and document. Experience eliciting requirements using interviews, documents, use cases.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Experience working within the utility industry would be a plus.
