Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Counterintelligence Technician to join our team in the Northern VA area to provide unparalleled support to our internal organization and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.


The Counterintelligence Technician shall support activities including but not limited to developing and administering the following activities: specialized defensive counterintelligence services such as threat awareness briefings, debriefings, reporting and training on CI issues; support to insider threat identification and mitigation efforts; liaison activities with US Government agencies; support to research, development, and acquisition including support to supply chain risk management; support to the DHS foreign visitor and access management program; support to cyber operations including but not limited to digital forensics and cyber vulnerability assessments; support to security programs; support to polygraph/credibility assessment services; surveillance and surveillance detection; support to technical surveillance countermeasures and behavioral assessment.


  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience, years of experience can replace degree requirements.
  • Conducts investigations/operations by applying sound judgment and analytical reasoning methods to detect and prevent acts of espionage, sabotage, and terrorism.
  • Prepares investigative/operational reports of investigations and inspections in accordance with investigative and analytic standards.
  • Performs terrorism counteraction analysis and threat analysis.


  • Must possess an active TS/SCI
