POSITION OVERVIEW
The Regional Training Manager will be responsible for the Training and development of the employees within their assigned geographic region. Training and development will include the coordination and delivery of Class room style trainings, Webinar trainings and Side by side Training and coaching. The Regional Training Manager will be responsible for scheduling trainings sessions in retail stores and corporate Training centers. This will require A minimum of 50% travel within their region. Frequent collaboration with regional sales leadership will be required to identify Training needs. The role will report to the Vice President of Training and will support the sales leadership within the assigned region. The position may have up to five Regional Field Trainers as direct reports.

Core Duties and Responsibilities
? Responsible for improving the productivity of the Organization?s employees through the delivery of effective Training and development programs
? Implement and deliver Training programs for varying levels of the Organization
? Professionally consult with all levels of Management to assess Training needs and develop programs to match these needs
? Conduct virtual instructor led trainings, Class room trainings and on site coaching
? Ability to assess needs related to GoWireless practices, procedures and produce Training programs and materials to target these needs
? Conduct regular follow up with trainees to ensure Training success
? Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job Training for new employees, this is inclusive of processes, procedures, and specific Verizon Wireless Training
? Formulate Training outlines and determine instructional methods developing effective Training materials utilizing A variety of media
? Maintaining the administration details of all Training programs conducted within their region.
? Consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position
? Responsible for reiterating and re-enforcing companies goals and objectives during Training sessions
? Maintain all Company standards for performance and behavior
? Meets department productivity standards
? Mentor field trainers on classroom management, commit to A core product for maintenance and development (NHO, SM NHO and GoLD)
? Other duties assigned by the Vice President of Training
