Perform Reliability modeling, Stress Analysis Predictions and physics of failure analyses. Participate in FRB activities and maintain the FRACAS database. Develop, coordinate and conduct technical reliability studies and evaluations of engineering design concepts to include Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) per MIL-STD-1629. Develop test plans, conduct Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) and perform Reliability testing.
? Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering Technology
? Minimum 3.0 GPA
? Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft suite of applications.
? Good written and oral communication skills, with experience developing and delivering presentations.
? Understanding of reliability, modeling concepts and reliability tools (e.g. Windchill Quality Solutions (WQS)/RELEX).
? Active Secret security clearance required prior to start
? Strong electrical background with a good mechanical understanding.
? Practical hands on experience with hardware test and troubleshooting.
? System and subsystem test experience to include Test Plan development, completing HALT and accelerated aging testing.
? FMECA experience at both functional and component level
? Testability experience
? Experience using WQS/RELEX.
? Experience with statistical analysis, statistical process control and/or statistical software.
? An analytical thinker with a ability of solving complex problems which require ingenuity and innovation.
? People skills: assertive, people orientated, motivated, ability to multi-task, self-starter.
