Provides security engineering designs and implementation in all aspects of Information Assurance and Information Security (InfoSec) Engineering. Assesses and mitigates system security threats/risks throughout the program life cycle; validates system security requirements definition and analysis; establishes system security designs; implements security designs in hardware, software, data, and procedures; verifies security requirements; performs system certification and accreditation planning and testing and liaison activities, and supports secure systems operations and maintenance.
this position is contingent upon contract award
Seven (7) years demonstrated experience in Information Assurance engineering which includes Navy Certification and Accreditation (C&A) and NIST C&A.
Seven (7) years experience with Cross Domain Solutions (C&A), developing Cross Domain Appendices (CDA), Data Owner Guidance (DoG).
Experience presenting and interfacing with Defense Information Assurance Security Accreditation Working Group (DSAWD) and ONI Certification Authority.
Five (5) years performing Test and Evaluation (T&E.
Seven (7) years experience as a security tester, which includes DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), ACAS, DIACAP, Unix SRR, Database SRR, Retina, SECSCN, WASSP, and SCAP
IA Training, Certification, Certification Maintenance, and continuing education necessary to meet Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) requirements for a minimum of IAM and IAT Certification Level III
