This position requires development of technical documentation, training and support materials on the Space Fence and LCS programs. Additional responsibility includes but not limited to CDRL development, technical information analysis, and product updates.

Basic Qualifications
Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Experience in development of System/Hardware technical documentations supporting Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) products development.
Be self-motivated, self-starter, reliable to work independently and as a team member and be willing to learn new equipment and systems to develop comprehensive training programs.

Desired skills
Overall broad knowledge, skills and experience in multi-function ILS disciplines:
-Navy maintenance process and resources familiarity.
-Experience with Joint Forces Maintenance Manual (JFMM) and specifically with the development of 4E Work Specifications.
-Navy ship Hull, Mechanical, Electrical (HM/E), Deck equipment and Combat Systems equipment expertise.
-Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills.
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Technical lead developing training and technical documentation.
- Program start-up experience
- Willingness and ability to travel as required to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Experience in use of Adobe Acrobat, and/or interactive electronic technical manuals (IETMs).
- Knowledge of MSWord, MS PowerPoint and MSExcel programs
