ManTech International Corporation is looking for top talent as a Configuration Management Specialist supporting our customer at the U.S. Government Customs Border Protection (CBP). The mission of the contract is to effectively and efficiently provide analysis in identifying cargo, individuals, conveyances that may present risk to the United States.

The Configuration Management Specialist will:

?Maintain and update the CM plan as well as ensuring projects compliance with CM plan.
?Manager the change process including sprint planning and execution.
?Create and maintain an on-site software code Configuration management library to support software check-in/check-out and version control.
?Administer automated CM tools (e.g. Change requests, version controls, inventory database).
?Create and maintain baseline documentation.
?Create and track Requests for Change (RFCs) and Discrepancy Reports (DRs).
?Track program assets (software, hardware, certificates) and user access.
?Track all data uploads and modifications.
?Assist in maintaining standard images for development, test, and production environments.
?Provide support to users of version control and other CM tools as needed.
?Assist in developing and maintaining processes, policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other documents
?Support end users on approved policies, procedures, and activities.
?Perform other related tasks as assigned.


  • Must have Master's Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred and 15 or more years of related experience
  • Experience working with Agile teams
  • Experience and knowledge of CM disciplines and best practices
  • Experience with code-source repositories and other Sponsor CM tools
  • Experience in building and deploying software
  • Working knowledge of ITIL/ITSM, or CMMI, a plus

Due to the contract requirement, Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a CBP Background Investigation.
