An Electrical Engineer is needed with specialized experience in munitions integration with launcher platforms. Tasks will include design reviews and ICD updates, requirements definition, hardware selection, lab testing and evaluation, integration/test planning and validation/verification, and customer interaction. Desired experience and skills include Harness design, Inertial and GPS applications, and Ethernet communication. Candidate must have skills in troubleshooting system level issues. Familiar with production processes and best practices. Must have good communication skills and works well with others. Must be willing and able to travel internationally.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Integration and test experience is required.
Occasional travel is required.

The Locale: Grand Prairie is part of the ?Mid-Cities? region in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex which is in the North Central region of Texas. Grand Prairie is a suburb of both Dallas and Fort Worth. The region offers a great cost of living combined with a robust economy and a pleasant climate. The Mid-Cities is the suburban region filling the thirty-mile span between Dallas and Fort Worth. These communities include the cities of Arlington, Irving, Grand Prairie, Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, HEB (Hurst, Euless and Bedford), NRH (North Richland Hills and Richland Hills), Haltom City, Watauga, and Keller, along with multiple other smaller towns such as Trophy Club and Roanoke and together represent more people than either Dallas or Fort Worth.
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or other related field.
- Ability to understand schematics, generate interconnect diagrams and troubleshoot hardware.
- Experience with launcher architectures and electrical integration of launcher subsystems.
- Ability to travel to internationally to support customer and supplier meetings.
- Must be a US Citizen with an ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret clearance.
- The following experience is desired: Launcher Development/Integration, Interconnect Diagrams, Electrical Interfaces, Flight Test or Field Support.
