Primarily responsible for the evaluation of supplier proposals in excess of $750K; review supplier cost or Pricing data submitted and all other factors provided by the supplier in support of their proposal in determination of RFP compliance and assessment of FAR and Truth in Negotiations Act compliance. Duties include in-depth analysis and review of supplier proposal adequacy conditions to FAR 15.408 Table 15-2 requirements and LM F330 Proposal Adequacy Checklist requirements, reviewing proposals with RMS sourcing personnel and suppliers for proposal adequacy conditions, and recording and metrics to subcontract adequacy performance. Additional duties include supporting other RMS Cost Analysis team members through the fact-finding meetings with suppliers, coordination of assist audit procedure, and writing documentation supporting recommended fair and reasonable positions on supplier proposals and communicating those results to RMS sourcing personnel for pre-negotiation strategy and supplier negotiation support. Position requires strong financial analysis skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to adapt to change. Position requires travel.
Position will be staffed at one of RMS major sites; Baltimore, Manassas, Moorestown, Orlando, Owego, Stratford or Syracuse.

? Work experience or background in subcontracting with an understanding and knowledge of FAR and TINA requirements
