This position is for an opening with the historic Lockheed Martin Skunk Works. The selected candidate must be familiar with Systems Engineering to include requirements development and verification, systems architecture, and conceptual design theories. Candidate will support projects through all program phases.

Provide requirements support across multiple projects within an ADP program. A qualified candidate will be able to understand the scope of the program and work across IPTs to ensure all aspects of the project are covered with appropriate requirements. Understanding of industry-standard requirement formulation, decomposition, flow-down, traceability, and metrics. The ability to work with functional experts and generate verification and Validation plans for requirements is a must. Candidate will work with senior engineers to provide documents to convey customer and supplier(s) requirement relationships.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

AEROADP

Basic Qualifications
Experience with requirements decomposition, development, tracking, verification and Validation.

Experience with Systens Engineering Processes

Must have a Secret Security Clearance with a Background investigation within the last five years to start.

Experience with Systems Architecture
Experience with DOORS and Rhapsody
Experience with Risk Management
Previous interaction with customers and management
Experience interfacing with project management
