Services Systems Engineer SME SETA SAIC is seeking an experienced IT Acquisition Professional/Program Manager/ SETA to assist an Intelligence Community (IC) customer. The successful applicant must provide technical expertise, continuity of effort and value-added judgment to advise senior customer leadership on full spectrum of acquisition lifecycle and program sustainment activities impacting IT Infrastructure Service Provisioning/Framework.

Daily Activities include:

- Serve as primary interface and advisor addressing program advocacy, strategy and implementation management for Cloud On-boarding Service Provisioning
- Serve as SETA SE and PM life-cycle support for Secret Commercial Cloud Services (SC2S) Program to include but not limited to; plans, schedules, technical guidance, requirements and user interface, internal and external dependencies management, stakeholder outreach, risk, readiness and program review
- Support C2S Consulting Group Contract assisting with the definition and management of expectations, activities and deliverables as well as review and assess quality and performance as managed by the CCO
- Provision NISP Commercial Cloud Onboarding Practices to include production and management of onboarding forms, criteria, agreements.
- Utilize research, analytical, and conceptual skills to build processes, workflows, roadmaps and Standard Operating Procedures
- Identify and assist in the resolution of program risk to include funding, schedule, and technical


Required Education, Certifications, Skills, Expertise, Years of Experience:

- Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited college or university with nine (9) years of experience, or a Master?s Degree with seven (7) years of experience or a PhD and four (4) years of experience in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Active TS SCI clearance with Polygraph
- AWS experienced (AWS certified preferred)
- Experience working in the Intelligence Community
- Familiar with ITIL (ITIL Certification preferred)
- Experienced user in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Proven information technology expertise and communications skills to be able to interface with all levels of management
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously
- Ability to proactively perform as organized and dedicated change agent, core to ensuring quality assurance while assisting with the culture shift per customer?s vision/needs

- Recent experience with the NRO Communications Systems Directorate and knowledge their practices, tools and processes
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to conduct analysis and evaluations- making recommendations and providing professional advice and assistance to include preparing criteria and analytical aids, briefings, reports and presentations
- Commitment to recognize, understand, respect and operate effectively within various SETA, FFRDC, and Government lines of authority
- Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills
- Ability to apply technical expertise in proper context for management review Skilled/comfortable working in high-tempo environment, able to be flexible and to adjust to dynamic political, technical and/or fiscal challenges
- Ability to establish trust- relationships as well as build and lead highly functioning, multi-faceted and ?joint? teams
