This position is for Cyber Business Manager, Candidate will be performing Performing price and cost analysis, working contracts, providing justification for sole source procurements
Government property administration and also supporting defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) Audits. Candidate will be responsible for making recommendations for enhancing data systems security . Candidate will lead the researching attempted breaches of data security and rectifying security weaknesses . Candidate will be formulate security policies and procedures. Candidate will be leading multiple projects related to cyber business management . Candidate should be disciplined, self-starter, professional who can successfully bring projects to closure with minimum direction, guidance and oversight.

Minimum security clearance needed: Top Secret.

Job Location: San Diego, CA or other remote Sites

This position is contingent upon contract award and is subject to change. Anticipated award date is March 2017.

Basic Qualifications
-Candidate should have minimum of 6 years of experience in contract management and a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a business or related field.
Candidate should have demonstrate experience and knowledge of government procurement regulations including:
Performing price and cost analysis
Understanding contract types
Justification for sole source procurements
Government property administration
Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) Audits
Familiarity with the Wide-Area Work Flow (WAWF) System
Accurate tracking of contracts expenditures including labor cost and hours, and ODC materials.
-Candidate should be eligible for Top Secret clearance

Desired skills
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
