The Regional Operations Manager will oversee and manage operations in support of the training on new and existing C4ISR Technology and any emerging Cyber technology in their given Regional area of
responsibility.

General Responsibilities:

? Serves as technical expert in areas relevant to (training events and instructional delivery for this project)
? Must be capable of demonstrating experience in analytical and critical thinking to use towards daily operations and developing solutions.
? Produces and reviews technical documents reflecting detailed knowledge of specific technical area or service and suggests changes to increase efficiency
? Ensures all activities are carried out in accordance with project commitments or specific objectives
? Coordinates with other contract and subcontract personnel to ensure work moves smoothly from one functional area to another
? Coordinates with vendors, engineers, suppliers, customers, trainers, and supervisors to ensure the latest updates are Available and on hand within the region
? Maintains record of changes in instructions and ensures all team members are informed of changes
? Responsible for day to day coordination and administration of tasks by ensuring quality and productivity standards are maintained while meeting clinet schedules
? Respond to client requests and questions.
? Responsible for status and task management for areas of responsibility
? Communicate with PM on issues pertinent tomanagement objectives, program decisions and other program related matters


Mandatory Skill Requirements:


? Must have extensive, proven technical experinece and background in C4ISR operations integrated with military operations.
? Be A pro-active, energetic, assertive individual that can Lead A Team and work ability well with others.
? Individual must also be A self-starter with the ability to function autonomously, in sometimes austere locations, with Little or no direct supervision.
? Must be comfortable interacting with all military ranks from the newest soldier to the experienced leaders
? Must have ability to provide instruction one-on-one or in large/small group classroom environment.
? Must have the ablity to Multi-Task
? Must be A US Citizen, possess A SECRET security clearance, be worldwide deployable, have A valid US DRIVERS License and valid passport.
? Must be able to clearly and accurately communicate (both verbally and in writing) complex thoughts and ideas.
? Must be proficient in use of the Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer) used for administrative reporting, training product generation and
daily correspondence.

Travel: 25% domestic and international
