This Enterprise Business Services (EBS) position is part of the Infrastructure and International organization, responsible for successful execution of desktop support activities within the classified environments of Space Systems Company in Denver, Colorado. This desktop support position provides exceptional, high-quality, professional desktop and office applications support including troubleshooting to the internal user community. This position exemplifies outstanding customer service skills when responding to customer problems via phone, email, or the incident tracking system. The environment is primarily Microsoft Windows based along with UNIX/Linux workstations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
? Primarily responsible for hardware moves within the classified areas that will include data entry, inventory management, surplus, and mitigations.
? Responding to classified helpdesk calls, emails to the helpdesk, and trouble tickets. May resolve technical problems and answer queries by telephone or emails in support of internal customer computer hardware.

Basic Qualifications
? Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI clearance
? Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (i.e. Security+) within 90 days from start
? Familiarity with Windows OS
? Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office 2010/2013
? Basic hardware diagnostic/troubleshooting skills confirmed by related work experience

Desired skills
? Experience with using Remedy/ITSM (IT Service Management) System or similar ticket management system
? Basic knowledge of SharePoint 2010
? Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux Red Hat computing platforms
? Ability to learn DSM (an in-house scripting language used with SCCM for software deployment)
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
? Demonstrated ability to establish strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
? Security+ certification
