Summary:
ManTech seeks an industry leading business executive to manage our Naval portfolio in the areas of Enterprise IT, Cyber Security, data analytics and cloud migration. This Division has annual revenues in excess of $120M comprised of more than 400 employees. Position is responsible for profit and loss (P&L), service excellence, and business growth. The position is located in the National Capital Area to include Quantico, VA.


Essential Job Duties:
? Responsible for all aspects of the Division's operations providing leadership and guidance to staff with specific focus on strategic positioning, business development, program execution, customer relations, business planning, and financial performance to build and sustain revenue growth and profitability
? Manages the relationship between clients and potential clients. Develops and grows strategic customer and industry relationships with specific focus on supporting business growth activities
? Supports the strategic growth of the Division through the development and implementation of A detailed Annual Operating Plan supporting the Business Unit?s organic growth
? Participates in establishing business objectives, plans and budgets; manages the financial and technical performance of the Division; identifies strategic business opportunities and plans; and initiates and coordinates business development strategies, capture and proposal activities
? Prepares and participates in financial planning, business reviews, program reviews, gate reviews, proposal activities, and associated reporting
? Responsible for monitoring significant events within the Division; and, initiating, establishing, and institutionalizing policies, processes, and procedures
? Maintains an environment conducive to professional growth and staff development; responsible for staff training, development, supervision and management. Provides hands-on mentoring and support of the Division program managers and site supervisors

Requirements:
? Dynamic leaders with ten or more years of experience leading and growing business in the Government contracting industry.
? Experience managing and leading large teams with geographical dispersion
? Demonstrated ability to win and perform complex government contracts in the enterprise IT space.
? Familiarity and understanding of government customers: Navy, Marine Corps, and OSD
? Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams across multiple contracts. Demonstrated success supervising execution of government contracts
? Proven ability to supervise/design information technology service solutions and delivery of winning proposals
? Experience establishing business to business relationships for successful bid and execution
? Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver excellence to customers
? Thorough understanding of best practice government services business processes
? Top Secret Security Clearance with eligibility for SCI preferred
? Bachelor's degree required with an advanced degree desired
