The Process Management Analyst will work closely with the Process Management (PM) and Systems / Software Configuration Management (SCM) Leads, supporting activities across the team including System Administration of Command Media Documents (SACMD), Systems / Software Configuration Management (SCM), and our Electronic Records Center (ERC) team. The candidate will assist with the various approval and release processes supported by the team and must also be skilled in chart / presentation development, data mining and analysis. Motivation to learn and grow across varying scopes is essential.
The candidate must have the ability to work independently, quickly adapt and prioritize requests, contribute to as well as lead process discussions, problem resolution, and process improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor of Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering with 4+ years of experience

Desired skills
Knowledge of configuration management principles, system and software engineering processes, excellent problem solving skills as well as verbal and written communication skills, MS office suite - proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, strong customer focus and commitment to quality service delivery. Preferred Candidate would have prior document management and/or configuration management experience and a strong record of working effectively with team, peers, and management. Experience with process development, process improvement and Capability Maturity Model ? Integrated background is highly desirable.
