As the Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) for F-22 Special Programs and a member of the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Security Team, the candidate will be responsible for establishing, executing, and evolving a comprehensive and advancing set of Special Access Program (SAP) security policies, plans, and practices that consistently, effectively, and efficiently support business operations, and comply with all Special Access Programs (SAP) requirements.
In this capacity, the candidate will be responsible for formulating, evolving, and driving many of the program?s security initiatives, identifying best practices, driving continuous improvement opportunities, include DD-254 administration, program access requests, access control, alarms, badging, investigations, physical security, security education and training, and compliance reviews.
The candidate will be required to interface with the customer and IFG Senior Leadership in support of ongoing program operations and new business opportunities. In addition, the candidate will be required to build and maintain effective relationships both within the corporation and externally with government customers.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located in a facility that requires special access.
Special Access Process (SAP) experience.
Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape. The ability to articulate and present intelligent security based recommendations, derived from limited and or conflicting information, is also essential. The selected candidate will be highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Previous security experience within the military or industry, working on either a Special Access Program (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), DoD Collateral Program, and/or Personnel Security, Physical Security, Security Education & Training is desired.
