We're now looking for a Business Support Customer Operations operative.

?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and retention
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the customer
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Work closely with warehouse and transport operations to ensure the efficient delivery of services
• Play a key part in the implementation of new business

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Previous experience within a supply chain environment - preferred
• Sales background - essential
• Previous experience in dealing with both internal and external stakeholders - essential
• Experience being customer facing - essential
