Description

Leidos Digital Solutions has an opening for an IT Program Manager supporting a diverse portfolio of technology and services delivered to the U.S. Congress.  The largest of five prime contracts supported by this program team has a period of performance that runs through the end of 2028. Leidos is the leading technology provider on Capitol Hill.  We deliver and support IQ CRM that is leveraged by Members of Congress for public communication and citizen service.  We have various IT support missions that range from 1st level computer tech support, data center operations, and staff augmentation of Government customer support teams.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide leadership and foster strong customer relationships to ensure program success.
  • Cultivate and grow effective first line leaders that drive program execution
  • Act as a key conduit between the Government PMO, service providers, and Contractor personnel to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and integrate processes to ensure smooth program execution across all functional areas.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks to ensure program stability and continuity.
  • Monitor and review performance to assess and enhance program effectiveness.

What Sets You Apart (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree with eight plus (8+) years of relevant experience. May consider more years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • Five plus (5+) years leadership experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Public Trust clearance
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and risk management skills
  • Ability to quickly assess risk/opportunity and align program execution to changing priorities
  • Proven expertise in leading customer focused organizations with a diverse service catalog
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, overseeing budgets, schedules, and performance

  • Experience growing/leading 1st level leaders
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
  • Experience with Civic Technologies that support government & citizen service and communication

Pay Range:

Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
