This is an mid-career opportunity in Cybesrsecurity Engineering.
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, a strategic thinker, and team player willing to share knowledge with other team members. You will work with the Targets and Countermeasures Program (TCP) as the Cybersecurity lead within the Systems Engineering organization.
? Provide System Security Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Information Assurance support to configure and/or validate secure systems and test products and systems to detect and report security weakness in Lockheed Martin and/or subcontractor systems.
? Perform or evaluate vulnerability scans on systems utilizing approved network scanning tools and appropriate Government provided Software and scanning tools.
? Develop information systems security plans and procedures.
? Provide system integration and coordination between TCP product teams regarding Security Engineering and Information Assurance functions.
? Participate in assessments of security engineering designs and implementation in all aspects of Security Engineering and Information Assurance.
? Assess and mitigate system security threats/risks throughout the program life cycle; validate system security requirements definition and analysis; establish system security designs; implement security designs in hardware, Software, data, and procedures; verify security requirements; perform system certification and accreditation planning and testing and liaison activities, and support secure systems operations and maintenance.
? Coordinate with subcontractors regarding compliance to program Cybersecurity requirements.
? Develop and submit all Cybersecurity deliverables to the customer organization
? This position requires a Secret clearance to start therefore US Citizenship is a requirement for consideration
Systems Engineering, Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, Computer Security, Network Security, Comp TIA, Targets and Countermeasures, Missile Defense.
? Experience with Cybersecurity/Information Assurance plan development
? Experience with system accreditation under the DIACAP and RMF per DODI 8510 accreditation processes
? Experience with DoD/NIST RMF processes and artifact development
? Experience with implementation of NIST 800-171 controls for compliance with DFARS 252.204-7012, Safeguarding Covered Defense Information (CDI) and Cyber Incident Reporting.
? Experience with Program Protection methodologies to which might include Software Assurance (SWA) and Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM)
? Posses applicable Information Security certification in accordance with DOD 8570.01-M (minimum of IAT-II / IAM-I)
? Bachelor?s degree in an Information technology or IT engineering related discipline.
? Posses IAM-II Information Security certification in accordance with DOD 8570.01-M
? Previous experience dealing with MDA, DoD, or Defense Security Service (DSS) accreditation activities
? Knowledge of the Systems Engineering Life Cycle
? Experience with COMSEC key management
? Basic understanding of network boundary devices such as routers, switches and firewalls
? System Hardening and Vulnerability Management Patching
