This position will be the Program Manager for the Iraq Program. The position will be responsible for all schedule, cost and technical performance measures in meeting contract requirements. Position will be the primary interface to the USG, USAF, ANG and IqAF on all program matters affecting support of the on-going programs in Fort Worth, Balad, Iraq and Tucson, Arizona. This position will be the primary IFG Program interface with internal LM Aero Organizations, in particular Engineering, Security, Legal, Contracts and Estimating, Transportation and Supply Chain Management. Management of on-going program activities such as the AGCAS upgrade, establishing long-term strategic goals for meeting Iraq's unique Air Force needs, managing a matrixed and assigned team in Fort Worth to provide support to the off-site locations are primary duties. Provide leadership over Repair/Return, Spares Provisioning, Subcontract oversight for multiple service providers, manpower provision through LM FTO and other required activities to support an international offsite location. The position will directly supervise the Balad Site Lead and multiple PM positions in Fort Worth.
This position will require the selected candidate to travel to a Category 5 High Risk Country.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
? Bachelor's degree in a related field
? Program Management Experience
?Experience in managing large, diverse teams in multiple locations in support of Air Force Operations.
? Experience developing and growing a high performing team with a wide array of responsibilities.
? Experience setting goals for disparate organizations and teams and measure performance to drive improvement and innovation
? Experience managing demanding programmatic requirements changes, evolving customer needs and make challenging decisions quickly
? Proven experience in managing international customers? requirements and expectations
? Master's degree in a Business realted field
?Effectively managed and allocated resources to meet contractual commitments, milestones, and budgets.
?Demonstrated ability to lead a project that includes technical requirements, financial management, supplier engagement, proposal development and/or other functional requirements.
?Project Management experience ? to include knowledge such as Baselining, Earned Value Management Systems, Risk and Opportunity Management, Systems Engineering and Product Life Cycle.
? Experience in Program management of large, diverse teams in multiple locations
? Knowledge of USAF flying, maintenance, supply and back shop processes a plus
? Experience in FMS Program leadership a plus
