The F15 Radar program area is seeking a Financial Analyst II to join our team in El Segundo, California, to support the F 15 Domestic programs. Primary responsibilities will include cost and schedule control and analysis, EAC preparation and FP&A. Other responsibilities include coordination and collection of data, analysis of data for financial accuracy and trends, preparation of internal and external financial reporting and analysis of backlog. Additionally, the individual will develop program budgets, review actual costs, independently ensure company policies are followed and financial discipline is maintained, and frequently perform ad-hoc analysis. Ability to partner and be flexible with other functions to meet business expectations is needed. This individual will also support various FP&A activities such as the preparation and analysis of the 5 Year, AOP, and Quarterly forecasts for their specific area. Frequent interaction with various functions and levels of the organization will be required and therefore successful candidate will possess strong presentation, communication, and professional skills. This individual will require an ability to build a strong relationship of mutual respect and trust with the Customer.
