Job Description: This is for a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) position, located at Raytheon's Georgia facility. The position will be required to support and coordinate security activities for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Programs. This includes but is not limited to:
Interpreting, administering and enforcing government and company security policies, procedures, requirements and directives;
Prepare, review and submit Security Clearance Packages
Maintain tracking metrics for clearance processing
Supporting a Security Education and Awareness Program;
Conducting security briefings;
Providing applicable security guidance and direction;
Interfacing with employees, project management and maintaining liaisons with Government Security representatives;
Providing subcontractor security support as needed;
Developing and maintaining security plans, procedures, guidance and instructions;
Participating in inspections and audits preparations and events;
Providing support to Personnel, Physical, Information Systems, and Operations Security, as well as Document Management in support of classified efforts;
Providing Security support to new business initiatives to include RFPs and RFIs;
Some travel may be required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
US CITIZENSHIP WITH THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN A TOP SECRET LEVEL SSBI SECURITY CLEARANCE AND FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH.
Current SSBI and TS/SCI level Security Clearance with current polygraph.
Knowledgeable of SCI Security requirements to include Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs)
Skills consistent with the ability to successfully work within all aspects of Security as it applies to the SCI Community
Required Education (including Major):
Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of applicable work experience, or 9 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree
