ManTech is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Alexandria, VA to provide exceptional support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

The Advanced Analytics Program Analyst will provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) and Contractor Advisory and Assistance Services (CAAS) support to government leaders. Support includes coordinating end-user requirements, reviewing technical proposal submissions, and executing research and development projects to ensure they are completed within schedule, budget, and technical scope.

This position will be working in the area of Advanced Analytics for an organization that rapidly identifies and develops capabilities to combat terrorism for the Department of Defense and the other Government organizations.

General Responsibilities:

  • Ensure successful execution and delivery of multiple research and development projects in support of a government customer.
  • Assist with the process to gather and define end-user requirements.
  • Assist in solicitation preparation and coordinate the source selection process.
  • Provide technical advice and assistance; review proposed solutions for technical feasibility.
  • Develop procurement packages resulting from Broad Agency Announcements and other vendor solicitations; including Statements of Work, Technical Evaluations, Independent Cost Estimates, Contract Data Requirements Lists, etc.
  • Plan, organize, execute, analyze, and perform technical work; organize project resources; manage budget; project deliverables; and other related project management activities for multiple projects.
  • Prepare technical and financial information for briefings, presentations, and status reports.
  • Support the projects operational planning, testing, system fielding, and sustainment efforts.

Mandatory Skills Requirements:

  • At least 2 years Special Operations Forces (SOF) combat-related experience.
  • At least 2 years in intelligence and intelligence analysis.
  • Experience with social communications, computer science, software engineering, and technology development.
