This position is for a senior level Computer Systems Analyst with a 4 year bachelor degree or equivalent with at least 9 years of experience. Primary role will be to act as a customer liaison between the IT organization and our supply chain customers. The following is a list of desired skills:
Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain business flows and interfaces
Extensive knowledge of supply chain systems and demand planning systems
Experience in troubleshooting IT supply chain related failures
Experience in maintaining, monitoring, and being responsible for supply chain interfaces
Experience in end user training and preparing training materials
Experience in conducting and attending meetings with the customer and translating requests into IT tasks
Experience in working with external IT teams and coordinating efforts with in-house IT
Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques
Knowledge of the supply chain systems
Knowledge of database systems
Supply chain knowledge
Knowledge of reporting systems
Knowledge of Supply Chain Troubleshooting
End user training
