Overview:

CSRA is seeking a Program Manager to manage and execute an Intel Agency IT User Facing Services.The Program Manager leads the transformation to a Managed Services approach that also serves as the transition to ICITE compliance. Manages a metrics-based approach that supports transparency, measurability, consistency and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Program Management throughout the Program Life Cycle
  • Define the Program governance (controls)
  • Planning the Program execution and monitoring its progress
  • Managing the Program Budget
  • Identifying and managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
  • Managing utilizing resources across projects
  • Managing Stakeholder communications
  • Aligning deliverables and performing change Management
  • Managing and delivering high level Program documentation

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with favorable Polygraph within the last 2 years
  • Bachelor?s Degree in a related technical field (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)).
  • At least Five (5) years recent (within last three (3) years) and relevant experience (must be with programs of similar size and scope and include subcontract Management) as a Program Manager for an IT Program within the IC.
  • Strong principles in the areas of leadership, vision, communication, team values, and ability to uphold processes and infrastructures.
  • Ten (10) or more years? experience managing remote user support activities for a variety of hardware and software located in CONUS and OCONUS locations. To include budgeting, scheduling, staffing, reporting, remediation, and training.
  • Demonstrated experience defining, implementing and managing Managed Services approach to include ITSM. This includes building metrics-based business cases for proposed changes.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience with organization change Management, acquisition policies relevant to implementing and managing ITSM and Managed Services and automating IT enterprise functions.
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, writing and speaking) relevant to working within and across organizational boundaries. Proven team building and team sustainment skills that includes customer, CSRA and teaming partner resources, balancing competing and sometimes contradicting objectives to achieve Program goals.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a STEM field.
  • Relevant certifications such as an active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP)
