Job Description: As an instructor and training developer providing support to USAICoE, the candidate will provide real world training to operational units in the Prophet family of systems. The candidate will work as a part of a mobile training team required to provide current and relevant, doctrinally sound training to students. The candidate will be required to task that may include but are not limited to those named below.
Conducts Sensor and Control Operator, Sensor and Control Maintenance training courses.
Teach personnel the skills necessary to setup, initialize, operate and maintain the Prophet FoS in all modes of operation to include the use of the Technical Manuals (TM) and system documentation, data flow and concept of operations, where applicable.
Demonstrate equipment failure and system faults which are appropriate for the course. Additionally, the courses shall include those skills necessary to fault isolate to the defective/faulty Line Replaceable Unit (LRU), using the Built-In-Test/Built-In-Test-Equipment (BIT/BITE), or troubleshooting procedures outlined in the TMs.
Train Prophet FoS IAW the Government provided training schedule. Instructors shall conduct the maintenance (MOS 35T) training the combined Operator/analyst (MOS 35P/N) training for the Prophet FoS (reference AR 350-1, see par 2.8).
Maintaining/reporting the daily SITREP to the Government lead, maintaining/updating student rosters, and recommending POI adjustments.
Track and report all changes, discrepancies or recommended improvements to the training material. Any changes to the training material must be approved by the Government prior to implementation in future courses.
The candidate shall provide support and develop system training documentation for SIGINT, COMINT, and Intelligence and (IEW) Maintenance/Integration for the Prophet FoS. Monitor, review, cross-reference, and provide input to JCIDS documents.
Develop and integrate LL and DTT into system/capability training material. Develop and update STRAP, POI, LP with integrated DTT, TSP and CTL.
Input and update documentation within the TRADOC TDC and SWT databases. Perform V&V of LPs and training materials.
Attend, as functional training SME, NET, DET, IKPTs and OTs, specific WGs, IPRs, IPTs, TIPTs, TIMs, and PATs. Coordinate with PM, TCM and INSCOM in support of Prophet FoS training.
Provide training on set-up, tear-down, and basic operation of the T-LITE.
In concert with the customer, ensure Prophet systems are at a trainable state during setup prior to commencement of training.
In concert with the customer, keep systems at a trainable state during training.
Update/assist the customer in maintaining and updating the training materials.
Submit a trip report within 7 days of the culmination of each training event to include an analysis of the AAR.
Participate in meetings related to Prophet FoS (as required).

Four (4) years of experience. Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
Previous military instructor experience preferred.
Experience with the Prophet FoS.
Operation of Communications Security (COMSEC) equipment KG-250/KG-175.
Operation of military radios.
Experience or training in the repair of the Prophet FoS.
Must hold current Top Secret clearance or be able to acquire a Top Secret clearance. If TS is not obtained, the Candidate shall be removed from task and replaced.
Must be able to be read on to SCI.
Counter Intelligence (CI) Polygraph pre-poly consent given/approved by Government.
Must be able to obtain any additional ?Read On?s? needed.
Possess and maintain knowledge and understanding of tactics, techniques and procedures and the employment of SIGINT systems in current theaters of operation.
Personnel must have completed the Common Faculty Development Program Instructor Course (formerly known as Army Basic Instructor Course), or equivalent as determined by Staff and Faculty at Ft. Huachuca.
Must have at least 2 year of experience as a platform instructor.
Must be able to physically conduct a ?two (2) person lift/carry? of up to 150 pounds up to a distance of 200 feet.
Maintenance candidates must possess Security+ certification.
Candidates must be able to travel up to 75% of time.
Candidates must possess Computing Technology Industry Association (Comp TIA) Security+ certification, Maintenance candidates must be able to obtain NSA Privileged Access (PRIVAC) within four (4) months of employment. If PRIVAC is not obtained, the Candidate shall be removed from the task and be replaced.
Required Education: Bachelor degree. Experience may be considered for education requirement.
